How long does it take to receive my order?
Because each item is handmade and personalized just for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production. Once completed, your order will ship via USPS or UPS, with delivery typically taking an additional 1–3 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, especially during peak seasons or holidays, we recommend reaching out before placing your order. We’ll gladly let you know if rush processing or expedited shipping is available to meet your timeline.
Can I customize my order?
No worries – if you notice an error (like a misspelled name, wrong font, or even the incorrect country), contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to correct it before production begins.

While we love connecting on social media, we recommend using email for order-related questions as messages sent via social platforms may be missed due to high volume.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping due to the high cost relative to our product pricing. However, we’re happy to ship to U.S.-based freight forwarding services on your behalf free of charge. If you have a preferred courier or forwarding address within the U.S., we’ll ship your order there. Note, you will have to create an account with the courier and use the address provided as your shipping address. We’re working toward offering direct international shipping in the future and will share updates as they become available.
My order says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
We know how frustrating this can be! Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS or UPS, and delivery is managed by them. But don’t worry – here are a few steps you can take:

Double-check your surroundings. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected places for safety like behind planters, on porches, or with building staff.

Ask around. A family member, roommate, or neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf.

Wait a little longer. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “delivered” a day early.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number we emailed you. All our shipments include insurance, so you may be able to file a claim if the package is confirmed lost.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, durable materials that are carefully sourced. Materials used to make our products include stainless steel, PU leather, linen, and canvas. Each item is crafted to last and made with love.
How do I care for my handmade item?
We include care instructions with every order. In general, handwashing is best for tumblers, and gentle handling will keep your accessories looking their best.
What if my country is not available?
If you do not see your country in the listing and would like to have it added, just reach out to us and we will gladly accommodate your request. If it happens to be a country we are not familiar with, we will work with you to make sure we get the details correct (such as flag and color meanings, etc).
Do you provide mockups?
Yes, we do! Before we begin production, we will send mockups of your items so you have the opportunity to make changes, for example, correcting the name or changing the font style). Please note that you have 24 hours to respond. You can request additional time to review the mockups but note that this will slow down production time. If you do not respond at all to our email, we will create the product as ordered.
